Returns & Refunds

1. General Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted by JAparrels (UEN: 53521321B).
As our blinds are made to order, we encourage you to review your order carefully before confirmation. Production begins after order confirmation, and changes may not be possible thereafter.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Size issues: If the blinds do not fit your window, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us first at japarrels@mycorpdesk.com with your order number and photos of the item.
- Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.
3. Manufacturing Defects
If your blinds arrive with a manufacturing defect, you are covered under our 6-Month Warranty. We will replace the defective item at no cost to you.
Defects include:
- Seam splits or fabric separation.
- Mechanism failure (tilt, cord, or roller malfunction).
- Material delamination or significant discolouration not caused by use.
To make a claim, email us with clear photos of the defect and your order number. We will assess and respond within 3 working days.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:
- We are unable to replace a defective item and the defect cannot be resolved.
- We cancel your order and production has not commenced.
- An error on our part results in an incorrect product delivered that cannot be exchanged.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days via PayNow. Refunds are made to the original payment account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been installed or used.
- Items not in original packaging.
- Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse.
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps:
- Email japarrels@mycorpdesk.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Include clear photos of the item showing its condition.
- Wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending anything back.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship to the address provided in our reply, or we will arrange collection if applicable.
