1. Delivery Coverage

JAparrels delivers to all residential and commercial addresses within Singapore, including mainland and Jurong Island. We do not deliver to restricted areas such as military bases, airports, or offshore locations.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver within Singapore only.

2. Production Timeline

All our blinds are made to order. Production begins after your order is confirmed and payment is received.

Estimated production time: 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation. This timeline may vary slightly depending on order volume and material availability. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once production is complete and quality checks are passed, your order will be dispatched. Delivery takes approximately 1 to 3 working days within Singapore after dispatch.

We will contact you via phone or email to confirm the delivery date and time window before the actual delivery.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery is free for all orders within Singapore. There are no hidden charges or minimum order requirements for free delivery.

5. Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the confirmed time slot to receive the items. Upon delivery:

  • Inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing or accepting.
  • If packaging appears damaged, you may note it with the delivery personnel before accepting.
  • Open and inspect the items within 24 hours of receipt. Report any issues to us immediately.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • No one available at the address during the confirmed time slot.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Inability to access the premises (e.g., security restrictions, lift breakdown).

We will contact you to reschedule. A re-delivery fee may apply for repeated failed attempts. We will inform you of any charges before rescheduling.

7. Self-Collection

Self-collection is not currently available. All orders are delivered directly to your specified address.

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Supplier delays for raw materials.
  • Public holidays or peak periods.
  • Severe weather conditions.
  • Logistics disruptions.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a revised delivery estimate.

9. Order Tracking

Currently, we provide delivery updates via phone or email rather than a live tracking system. Once your order is dispatched, we will contact you with the delivery details.
