1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of the JAparrels website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

JAparrels is a Sole Proprietorship registered in Singapore (UEN: 53521321B). Our registered address is 10 Marina Blvd, Tower 2, #39-01, Marina Bay Financial Centre 2, Singapore 018983.

2. Products

We sell Venetian, Zebra, and Roller blinds. All products are pre-designed. We do not offer customisation. Products are made to order — no ready stock is held.

We make every effort to display product colours and specifications accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or phone. Production begins only after confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.

Payment is accepted via PayNow. Full payment is required before production begins. We do not store your payment details.

5. Production & Delivery

Production takes approximately 3-4 weeks from order confirmation. Delivery is free within Singapore. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

We will contact you to confirm the delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellation is at our discretion as production may have commenced.

If we cancel your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

7. Limitation of Liability

JAparrels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
